Job Title : Mechatronics Engineer – Product Development

Experience : 1–3 Years

Role Overview :

The Mechatronics Engineer will support the end-to-end development of new products, from concept and prototyping to testing and final integration. The role focuses on designing mechatronic systems that combine mechanical, electrical, and embedded components. The engineer will work closely with design, R&D, and manufacturing teams to create reliable, high-performance, and production-ready products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Participate in concept development, feasibility studies, and design brainstorming for new products.
• Develop and refine mechanical designs, CAD models, and system layouts for prototypes and production components.
• Integrate sensors, actuators, microcontrollers, and power systems into functional prototypes.
• Develop and test control algorithms using PLCs, embedded boards, or microcontroller platforms.
• Conduct hands-on prototyping, functional testing, failure analysis, and iterative design improvements.
• Perform tolerance analysis, material selection, and manufacturability assessments.
• Work with vendors and fabrication partners to source components and coordinate manufacturing.
• Prepare technical documentation, test procedures, test results, BOMs, and assembly instructions.
• Support design transfer to manufacturing for final product release.
