V-Weave crafts contemporary home textiles using natural materials.

Our rugs, cushions, and throws are woven on traditional handlooms, supporting the livelihoods of hand spinners and weavers in Haryana, India.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Executive – HR, Administration & Compliance to manage day-to-day HR operations, factory administration, and statutory compliance across our five manufacturing units in Panipat.

The role will support both the Head of Operations and HR Manager, ensuring smooth functioning of facilities, documentation, and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee general administration, housekeeping, maintenance, utilities, and transport across all units.
  • Support HR in attendance, payroll coordination, recruitment, onboarding, and employee welfare activities.
  • Maintain and renew statutory, social, and ethical compliance records (BSCI, SEDEX, ISO, CTPAT, etc.).
  • Coordinate for buyer and third-party audits, and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
  • Liaise with government departments, consultants, and certifying agencies for licenses and inspections.
  • Maintain MIS and documentation for HR and compliance functions.
  • Assist in managing security, canteen, and facility operations for all sites.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Management / HR (Master’s preferred).
  • 5–10 years of experience in HR, administration, and compliance in a manufacturing or export setup.
  • Good understanding of factory compliance standards (BSCI, SEDEX, ISO, WRAP, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with a hands-on, proactive attitude.
  • Proficient in MS Office and digital documentation systems.
