Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and BI solutions
  • Connect to various data sources (SQL Server, Excel, APIs, etc.) and ensure data integrity
  • Optimize data models for performance and scalability
  • Implement DAX queries and calculations for advanced analytics
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights
  • Ensure data security and compliance with organizational standards
  • Provide documentation and training to end-users as needed
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BI tools and data pipelines

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Hands on experience in Power BI development and data visualization
  • Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and M language
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases
  • Familiarity with Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse, etc.) is a plus
  • Ability to work with large datasets and optimize performance
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Prior experience in client-facing or international deployment roles preferred
