About Independent Solutions-

Independent Solutions provides consulting, recruitment, and staffing services to the life sciences sector, including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and automation industries. We support clients with CQV, validation, technical resourcing, and project delivery in GMP-regulated environments.

As we expand across Ireland and EMEA, we are seeking a business development professional to strengthen our recruitment and staffing services by building partnerships with leading life sciences organisations.

Role Overview-

We are looking for a commercially driven and network-savvy Business Development Consultant to grow our recruitment services within pharma, biotech, medtech, and automation. This is a remote, part-time role (India preferred), ideal for professionals with a background in recruitment business development, client solutions, or technical consultancy.

Key Responsibilities-

Client Development

• Identify and engage pharma, biotech, medtech, and automation companies in Ireland / EMEA.
• Promote our recruitment and staffing services tailored to GMP and regulated industries.
• Develop proposals and client-specific solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
