Founding Engineer – Full Stack

Simora is building the creative operating system for the AI era — a platform where brands can strategize, script, and produce videos at the speed of ideas. Simora combines data, storytelling, and AI to help teams create high-performing video content without the chaos of manual coordination, slow turnarounds, or endless revisions. We work with Top brands including publicly listed companies like Dabor, Philips, and many leading startups including IndiaMart, Seekho, Stage, Neenams, and more.

What You’ll Do…

• Design and build Simora’s core product end-to-end — from backend APIs, AI pipelines, and data modeling to beautifully intuitive front-end interfaces that creators and brands love. (This is a true full-stack role — you’ll touch everything from systems design to UI polish.)
• Develop and maintain scalable APIs for large-scale customers and strategic partners, enabling seamless integrations and enterprise-level expansion.
• Build cutting-edge generative AI features — from tools that generate ad ideas and video scripts to intelligent video editing and automation workflows. You’ll be the one engineering the systems that empower creativity.
• Integrate and deploy the latest AI models fast — as soon as new text, image, or video models drop, you’ll figure out how to plug them into Simora to make magic happen.
• Create and optimise video AI model workflows, ensuring speed, scalability, and quality as we push the boundaries of what’s possible in automated video creation.
• Embed privacy, compliance, and reliability into everything — we’re building for top-tier brands, and security is non-negotiable.
• Own DevOps & infrastructure — design CI / CD pipelines, automate deployments, monitor system health, and ensure our AI workloads run securely and efficiently on cloud environments.
• Collaborate directly with founders to define what to build next, prototype fast, and bring bold ideas to life.
