About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Tax & Finance Professional / Chartered Accountant / CMA to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end tax compliances, strengthening internal audit and control frameworks, and leading a high-performing team of accountants in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTax Compliances : Ensure timely and accurate compliance with all direct and indirect tax laws (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.).Oversee tax planning, assessments, audits, and liaison with tax authorities.Stay updated with changes in tax regulations affecting listed companies.Internal Audit & Control : Develop, implement, and monitor robust internal control systems in line with statutory requirements and corporate governance standards.Conduct periodic internal audits to identify risks and recommend corrective actions.Ensure compliance with SEBI, Companies Act, and other applicable regulations for listed entities.Team Management : Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of accountants and finance executives.Allocate work, monitor deliverables, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high ethical standards.Financial Oversight : Support statutory audits and coordinate with external auditors.Collaborate with senior management on strategic financial decisions.Contribute to preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements.Required Qualifications & SkillsChartered Accountant (CA) with 5–10 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a listed company.Strong knowledge of direct and indirect taxation, corporate laws, and financial reporting standards (Ind AS).Proven experience in internal audit and internal controls design.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.High attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving approach.What We OfferThis is a 100% remote work opportunity Position offered : Principal AssociateSalary range : As per industry standardsOpportunity to work in a dynamic, growth-oriented listed companyExposure to complex financial operations and compliance frameworks.
