Job Summary :
The Manager – Credit Sales is responsible for driving sales targets and expanding the lending portfolio by acquiring new SME / MSME borrowers. The role includes managing the end-to-end loan lifecycle from lead generation to disbursal while ensuring credit approvals and maintaining portfolio quality. The position demands close coordination with cross-functional teams and a strong understanding of B2B lending products.
Key Responsibilities :
- build a high-quality sales funnel in collaboration with the demand generation team
- drive key sales metrics such as new borrower onboarding, processing fees, disbursal volumes, and aum utilization
- manage the complete credit sales cycle from lead qualification to documentation and disbursal
- coordinate with credit teams for quick and efficient loan approvals
- ensure portfolio health through timely renewals and collections
- work with internal stakeholders across credit, operations, and tech to deliver a seamless lending experience
- function as an individual contributor with growth opportunities into team leadership based on performance
- adapt to a fast-paced, startup-like environment and contribute to strategic initiatives
