Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rajgarh for an IB PYP Facilitator at Akal Academy Baru Sahib The facilitator will design, implement, and evaluate lessons aligned with the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) curriculum. Responsibilities include fostering inquiry-based learning, creating an engaging classroom environment, assessing student progress effectively, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve curriculum goals. Additionally, the facilitator will nurture students to think critically and act ethically, in alignment with the organization’s value-oriented mission.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of IB PYP curriculum and inquiry-based learning methodologies
• Effective lesson planning, classroom management, and student assessment skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Collaboration, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in integrating technology into the learning experience
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Teaching certification and prior teaching experience in IB PYP schools
• Passion for value-based education and fostering students' holistic development
