Job descriptionLead, mentor, and support a team of regional sales managers and sales representatives. Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and implement targeted training programs. Drive team productivity, motivation, and accountability. Identify new business opportunities to grow the customer base within the zone. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in higher education institutions and institutional clients. Maintain relationships with industry stakeholders to strengthen market presence. Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics and zone profitability. Optimize sales processes and operational efficiency to achieve maximum effectiveness. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings and campaigns to zone-specific needs. Manage the zone's budget efficiently with optimal allocation of resources. Oversee forecasting, planning, and execution of sales initiatives within the zone. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. Provide regular performance updates, insights, and risk assessments to senior management.
