Role Overview

We’re hiring a Founder’s Office Generalist who can operate as an extension of the founders — solving problems, driving execution, and keeping momentum across GTM, product, hiring, ops, and special strategic projects.

This is a high-trust, high-impact role built for someone who wants to grow into a senior leadership position.

What You’ll Drive

• Own and execute high-priority founder-led projects end-to-end.
• Support GTM initiatives : research, outreach, content, partnerships.
• Work with product & engineering to coordinate launches, timelines, and cross-functional execution.
• Manage hiring sprints : screening, coordination, candidate experience.
• Build dashboards, processes, and documentation to reduce founder load.
• Conduct deep research (market, competitive, customer intelligence).
• Represent founders in meetings, notes, follow-ups, and execution loops.
• Operate as the first responder for “0 → 1” problems across the company.
