Short-Form Video Growth Lead

If you haven't built a 1M+ audience, this job is not for you. This is not a “social media” role. This is own-the-Reels-machine-and-its-metrics . Take our Shorts & Reels from 0 → multi-million followers and turn them into a repeatable growth engine for our apps.

What you’ll actually do

• Own YouTube Shorts + Insta Reels end-to-end : ideas → scripts → edits → posting → iteration
• Build a small killer squad (writers, editors, thumbnail / cover) and run it like a product team
• Obsess over metrics every single day :
• Shares (Shares per 100 views)
• STR (Swipe Through Rate) - are they hooked for first 5 secs?
• APV (Average Plays per Viewer) – are they rewatching?
• Retention graph – exact second they drop
• Follow rate , saves, comments
• Run ruthless experiments on : Hooks & first 1–3 seconds
• Kill anything that doesn’t move the metrics. Double down hard on what does.
