Implement segmentation strategies for personalized messaging

Content Creation & Optimization

Write compelling email copy and WhatsApp messages that drive engagement

Develop A / B testing frameworks for subject lines, content, and send times

Create responsive email templates and WhatsApp message formats

Optimize content for deliverability and engagement rates

Platform Management

Manage email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, SendinBlue)

Set up and optimize WhatsApp Business API integrations

Implement automation workflows and customer journey mapping

Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot technical issues

Performance Analysis

Track and analyze email and WhatsApp campaign performance metrics
