Festivals from India is hiring   an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join SaffronArt. This role includes responsibilities for developing and implementing online strategies to promote their company or brand, managing website, App and various digital channels like social media, email marketing, PPC and SEO to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. This role involves planning campaigns, analysing data, and optimizing performance to achieve marketing goals. A background in arts category, will be preferred.

Please note :

  • The vetting process for this role comprises 2-3 rounds of interviews and may be followed by a brief assignment.
  • Festivals from India is hiring for this role on behalf of SaffronArt.
  • This is an on-site, full-time position based in Mumbai.
  • Salary band for this role is available upon request.

Requirements

Requirements :

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the art, culture, or creative industries
  • Proven expertise in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Strong hands-on experience managing digital channels including websites, apps, social media, SEO, email marketing, and paid ads
  • Ability to plan, execute, and optimize data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc., and presenting actionable insights
  • Experience in leading cross-functional marketing teams and collaborating with internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets efficiently while ensuring high ROI on digital initiatives
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, especially within the art and culture space
  • Skills and Qualifications :

  • Graduate or master’s degree in marketing
  • Strong analytical skills : Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Project management skills : Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms : Experience with various SEO tools, social media management platforms, email marketing software, and analytics platforms.
  • Requirements

    Essential Qualifications : A Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Media and Communication, Marketing or related fields Excellent writing and communication skills Familiarity with managing a communications calendar, and using advertising platforms, social media marketing tools and mass mailing software like Mailchimp, Hootsuite and Canva is ideal Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello and Slack is a plus Knowledge of Wordpress, Wix is ideal Essential Experience : 2-3 years experience working in a content marketing or communications role Experience in content writing and managing a communications calendar is a plus Prior experience in working for a structured company or organisation, preferably in the arts and culture sector Key Personal Attributes & Skills : Good communicator, can work with a diverse range of people and personalities Good time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure Ability to manage diverse internal / external stakeholders and coordinate delivery Ability to produce clear, coherent creative briefs, project reports, and coordinate multiple projects Strong attention to detail and good observation skills
