LeadSpire - Head - Content

Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end content strategy and development for large-scale skilling and employability initiatives.
• Translate qualification packs and model curricula into engaging, modular, and competency-based learning materials.
• Guide internal teams and external content vendors on pedagogy, tone, and quality benchmarks.
• Co-design frameworks for blended learning models, trainer enablement, and assessment systems.
• Collaborate with domain experts, instructional designers, and project teams to ensure academic rigour and practical relevance.
• Manage multiple workstreams including content audit, vendor onboarding, process governance, and final delivery.
• Ensure strict alignment of deliverables with NSQF, SSC standards, and client / project specifications.
• Bring a strong learner-focused lens to content for adult learners (not 10-15 years of experience in vocational training, higher education, skilling ecosystem, or employability-oriented content development.
• Strong understanding of NSQF, Sector Skill Councils, and industry-linked curriculum frameworks.
• Proven experience in leading content development teams or managing external vendors.
• Excellent communication, editorial, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work across multiple domains and manage complex project timelines.
