We are looking for Assistant Professors (Computer Science & Related Areas) who are passionate educators, innovative researchers, and enthusiastic mentors with a progressive, technology-driven mindset.

About the Role

Designation : Assistant Professor (Computer Science & Allied Fields)

Location : Greater Noida, Delhi-NCR

You will play a key role in teaching, research, and student development while contributing to the institution’s academic excellence.

Your Responsibilities

Teaching & Mentoring :

  • Design and deliver undergraduate & postgraduate courses in Computer Science.
  • Core subjects : Programming (C / C++ / Java / Python), Data Structures, OS, OOP, Software Engineering, Networks, Algorithms, Compiler Design.
  • Advanced areas : AI / ML, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Cybersecurity, IoT, Cloud, Blockchain, AR / VR, Big Data.
  • Use innovative teaching methods, real-world problem solving, and activity-based learning.
  • Prepare lesson plans, guide projects, assess student progress, and ensure quality standards (NAAC, NBA, AICTE, UGC).

    • Research & Innovation :

  • Conduct high-quality research, publish in reputed journals / conferences, and explore external funding opportunities.
  • Supervise and mentor students in research projects.
  • Collaborate with industry partners to apply research to real-world challenges.
  • Work across disciplines to create impactful solutions in AI, Data Science, and related fields.

    • Institutional Contribution :

  • Engage in seminars, workshops, conferences, and cross-departmental activities.
  • Support student development beyond academics – events, training, and skill building.
  • Demonstrate GL Bajaj’s values of integrity, inclusivity, and innovation.

    • What We’re Looking For

  • B.Tech & M.Tech in CSE / IT (First class from reputed institutes – IIT / NIT / IIIT / IISc preferred).
  • 0–4 years of teaching / research experience. PhD (completed or pursuing) preferred.
  • Industry experience is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication & presentation skills, passion for teaching, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to emerging technologies and inspire students to think creatively.
