Senior Project Manager

What youll be doing

The Sr. Project Manager / Scrum Master develops monitors updates communicates and implements plans for IT projects. Executes project management process including scope definition scheduling human resource and material planning and allocation risk management planning cost and budget management and quality assurance. Serves as liaison among clients technical and internal departments to expedite project processes. Serves as Scrum Master for Data Protection team to execute both business-as-usual and project work.

Agile & Team Leadership

• Lead Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups backlog grooming sprint planning retrospectives and scrum-of-scrums).
• Remove team roadblocks to maintain momentum and productivity.
• Coach teams to achieve consistent velocity and meet sprint goals; drive continuous Agile maturity.
