Grade : 12B

Experience : 12 to 15 Years

Location : Bangalore

Work Hours : Working for US Customer, flexible work hours

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative DevSecOps Architect to lead our organization's DevOps transformation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software development lifecycle, security best practices, and cloud technologies. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, reliable, and efficient DevOps pipelines.

Responsibilities : DevSecOps Strategy :

Develop and implement a comprehensive DevSecOps strategy aligned with business objectives.

  • Define and enforce DevOps standards, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a DevOps culture.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC) :

Design and implement IaC solutions using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.

  • Manage infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment.
  • Ensure infrastructure security and compliance.

    • Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI / CD) :

    Design and implement robust CI / CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI / CD, or CircleCI.

  • Automate build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Implement security checks and vulnerability scanning into the CI / CD pipeline.

    • Cloud Security :

    Collaborate with security teams to implement security controls and best practices.

  • Conduct security assessments and penetration testing.
  • Implement security tools and technologies to protect applications and infrastructure.

    • Collaboration :

    Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure smooth collaboration.

  • Foster a culture of automation, innovation, and continuous improvement.

    • Required Skills :

    Key Skills for Search DevSecOps, DevOps, AWS]

  • Strong understanding of DevOps principles and methodologies
  • Extensive Experience in DevSecOps Tools SAST, DAST, Container Security, Secrets Management, IAM
  • Proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi)
  • Experience with CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI / CD, CircleCI)
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Understanding of security best practices and tools (e.g., vulnerability scanners, security testing tools)
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
  • Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

    • Qualifications :

  • Overall 10-12 years of experience in AWS, DevOps & DevSecOps
  • AWS Certifications preferred
