As part of our strategic growth, we are expanding our footprint in South India and hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead business development in Hyderabad and surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in enterprise and mid-market accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with architects, project management consultants (PMCs), MEP firms, and end clients.
  • Lead client presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Track and report sales pipeline, forecasts, and key metrics using CRM tools.
  • Represent Inviot AV at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings in the region.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in AV integration, IT solutions, or workspace technologies.
  • Proven ability to close deals and manage large accounts in the enterprise sector.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong local market knowledge in Hyderabad / South India.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with leadership potential.
