About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Catalogue Associate to manage end-to-end product listings across our Shopify store and key marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, etc.). This role is critical to ensuring our products are discoverable, accurately represented, and updated with best-in-class catalogue hygiene. You’ll be responsible for handling the complete lifecycle of listings—from creation to optimization—while ensuring consistency across platforms.

Key Responsibilities Product Listings & Uploads

Create and manage product listings on Shopify , Amazon , Myntra , and other marketplaces.

Upload product images, titles, descriptions, variants, pricing, and inventory details.

Ensure accurate mapping of SKUs across platforms.

Catalogue Hygiene & Maintenance

Regularly audit catalogue data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Update stock status, pricing, tags, categories, SEO fields, and product attributes as required.

Monitor broken links, duplicate SKUs, or incorrect metadata and resolve promptly.

Monitor Product Suppressions, or any day to day maintenance across Platforms

Marketplace Operations

Handle end-to-end product onboarding processes as per each marketplace’s requirements.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with listing guidelines (Amazon, Myntra, etc.).

Troubleshoot and resolve catalogue-related errors or rejections.

Optimization & Performance Tracking

Optimize listings with SEO-friendly titles, bullet points, and keywords for better visibility.

Track product performance on marketplaces—rankings, reviews, and discoverability.

Suggest improvements for catalogue presentation and conversions.

Cross-functional Coordination

Work with the design team to source the right images, creatives, and banners.

Collaborate with operations to ensure stock updates reflect accurately.

Partner with growth / marketing teams to enable campaigns, bundles, and offers.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce / Business preferred).

1–3 years of experience in catalogue management / e-commerce operations (Shopify, Amazon, Myntra experience is a plus).

Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.

Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Familiarity with SEO and keyword optimization for product listings.

Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
