BIM Architect

to join our expanding team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of building design through the strategic implementation of BIM workflows.

What You'll Do : Collaborate

with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to develop and maintain comprehensive BIM models.

Utilize your

expertise

in BIM software (Revit preferred) to create accurate and detailed architectural models.

Manage

and ensure the quality and consistency of BIM deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

Identify

and resolve potential design clashes through comprehensive model coordination.

Generate construction documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications, directly from the BIM model.

Stay up-to-date on the latest

BIM technologies and best practices.

Contribute to the

continuous improvement

of our BIM processes and workflows.

Mentor and guide junior team members on

BIM methodologies.

What We're Looking For :

A minimum of

5+ years

of experience working as a BIM Architect or in a related BIM role.

Demonstrated proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit, Navisworks etc.

Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction practices.

Excellent

communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
