POSITION DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a visionary AI Specialist to lead the integration of artificial intelligence across multiple facets of our organization. From improving internal processes to creating AI-powered customer touchpoints, you will be instrumental in building scalable solutions that increase operational efficiency, optimize guest engagement, and elevate brand performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate operational and guest-facing processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for AI-led transformation.
• Design and deploy AI agents to prequalify leads generated via inbound channels such as calls, WhatsApp, email, and web forms.
• Collaborate with marketing and web development teams to create AI-driven recommendations for website optimization, content layout, and user journey personalization.
• Implement AI tools to automate design workflows, generate creative assets, and support campaign development.
• Develop and manage AI-powered marketing automations for audience segmentation, content personalization, performance forecasting, and lead nurturing.
• Integrate AI solutions with platforms like CRM, booking systems and customer communication tools.
• Build dashboards and predictive analytics tools to support leadership decision-making.
• Launch pilot programs, assess ROI, and scale successful AI applications across departments.
• Stay abreast of AI trends, hospitality tech innovations, and emerging platforms to maintain a competitive edge.
• Train cross-functional teams on AI adoption, promoting a data-informed and innovation-led culture.
• Ensure all AI solutions are compliant with data security, privacy, and ethical standards.
