About the Role :

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in International Sales (USA market) , with a strong ability to generate leads, conduct client meetings, and close deals. You will play a key role in driving business growth through effective B2B sales strategies , client acquisition, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads in international markets (primarily USA).

Conduct cold calls and reach out to potential clients to introduce company products and services.

Schedule and lead product demos and client meetings to showcase solutions.

Develop and implement effective client acquisition and retention strategies .

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales opportunities successfully.

Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs .

Maintain accurate and updated records of all sales activities in the CRM.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

1+ year of experience in International Sales (preferably USA market).

Proven track record in B2B Sales , Lead Generation , and Cold Calling .

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
