Your Role
Analyst is responsible for ensuring the execution of activities from financial planning and business forecasting, reporting output quality and performance metrics, ensuring satisfactory reporting. In addition, Analyst will be responsible for cost analysis and modelling, tracking & keep resource cost planning up to date on a regular basis.
Your Impact :
- Provide high quality end to end reporting & analytical services
- Learn new systems / processes and quickly ramp up to support those functions
- Prepare reporting structure of company P&L, Actuals vs Forecast and work with business to find causes of variances
- Develop & maintain collaborative working relationships with partner teams including Finance, CXOs, HR, Program Managers
- Understand the cost drivers within cost base to provide insight to leaders
- Prepare & review monthly forecasting, full year plan
- Organization of a smooth delivery process of KPI-relevant parameters (definition, current measured values, goals, comments, etc.) as the basis for the creation of monthly management scorecards
- Comprehensive analysis and modeling of structural relationships (FTE, forecast, “what-if scenarios”)
- Demonstrate proactiveness to take up broader org level initiatives to improve overall process maturity
- Resolve issues based on severity and work with other teams to resolve them in a timely manner
- Driving cost efficiencies across the firm and owning the cost pool
- Sound communication skills to help in interaction with senior stakeholders
- Having excellent problem solving, should be able to work effectively in a less structured environment and manage time
- Operate independently from the offshore location with minimal oversight and guidance
- Communicate effectively with business to ensure the requirements are being met and recommend better solutions wherever applicable during the project
