Cost Control Senior Engineers

Summary of the Position

We are looking for a Cost Control Specialist whose main responsibilities include preparing cost control reports and calculating direct cost forecasts for the project. This role reports directly to the Cost Control Leader .

Key Objectives & Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of monthly project execution budget reports.

Assess project risks and identify improvement opportunities.

Perform regular cost-control calculations and analyses.

Support the team with additional tasks related to cost control as required.

Technical Skills & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

10+ years’ experience in Cost control

Previous experience in project direct cost control, quantity surveying, or cost control.

Strong understanding of project and contract management.

Good analytical skills.

Knowledge of S-curve methodology.

Fluency in English (minimum B2 level).

Strong planning and decision-making abilities.

Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.

Excellent communication skills.

Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
