Role Overview :

We are seeking a hands-on Infra Head to lead the end-to-end infrastructure for Nevaeh Technology. This role is responsible for designing, building, and managing the company's IT and technology infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency across internal systems and client-facing solutions. The Infra Head will work closely with leadership to drive infrastructure strategy, execution, and governance.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Infrastructure Strategy & Ownership

Define and own the end-to-end infrastructure architecture, spanning servers, networks, cloud, and data systems.

Develop scalable, secure, and highly available IT and technology platforms for internal and client systems.

Partner with leadership to align infrastructure initiatives with business priorities.

2. Systems Architecture & Optimization

Design and implement high-performance, resilient infrastructure systems.

Optimize system performance across compute, storage, network, and database layers.

Implement monitoring, alerting, and proactive maintenance for uninterrupted operations.

3. Cloud & On-Premise Management

Lead cloud migration, hybrid setups, and on-premise data center management.

Ensure cost-efficient, secure, and compliant cloud and on-prem infrastructure operations.

4. Security, Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure IT security standards and regulatory compliance across all systems.

Implement disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity plans.

5. Team Leadership & Operational Excellence

Build and lead a high-performing infrastructure team.

Establish operational processes, SOPs, and governance to ensure reliability and efficiency.

Drive cross-functional collaboration with development, operations, and delivery teams.

6. Vendor & Budget Management

Manage relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and consultants.

Optimize infrastructure costs and ensure adherence to budget and procurement policies.

Must-Have Skills & Expertise :

10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, and systems engineering leadership.

Strong hands-on experience with Linux / Windows servers, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) .

Proven track record of designing and managing scalable, secure, and high-availability IT infrastructure.

Experience in disaster recovery, security, compliance, and operational governance.

Strong team leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional execution skills.

Nice-to-Haves :

Experience with automation, CI / CD pipelines, or DevOps practices.

Exposure to low-latency systems or trading / financial services infrastructure.

Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, CCNP / CCIE, or ITIL.
