About the Role :
Rama Institute of Medical Sciences and Hospital, Mathura (U.P.), is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to support the hospital's outreach, branding, and promotional initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to enhance the institution's visibility, attract patients, and strengthen relationships with the community and referral networks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns to increase hospital visibility and patient engagement.
- Coordinate events, health camps, and community outreach programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, healthcare partners, and referral networks.
- Manage social media platforms and online presence to promote hospital services.
- Prepare marketing materials, press releases, and digital content in coordination with the communications team.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Track campaign performance, analyze results, and prepare periodic marketing reports.
- Support admissions, public relations, and branding activities as required.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field .Proven experience in marketing, business development, or healthcare promotion (hospital / healthcare sector preferred).Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Creative thinking and ability to plan and execute marketing initiatives.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media management.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Employment Type : Full-Time
