Job Title : HR Coordinator

Location : Remote / WFH

Reports To : HR Manager

Required Experience : 3-5 years

Employment Type : Contractual

Contract Duration : 1 year

Remuneration : 4.5lpa – 5.5lpa

Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Coordinator to support the HR Manager in the smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate is a strong multitasker with excellent administrative and communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities : Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Post job openings, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews.
  • Manage pre-joining communication and document collection.
  • Conduct background checks and facilitate induction sessions.

Employee Lifecycle

  • Support probation, confirmation, and offboarding processes.
  • Conduct exit interviews and coordinate final settlements.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Address employee queries and assist with engagement programs.
  • Support surveys, conflict resolution, and policy clarifications.
  • Payroll & Performance

  • Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits, and performance review cycles.
  • Maintain accurate HR and performance records.
  • Training & Compliance

  • Organize internal / external training and maintain participation records.
  • Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and legally compliant.
  • HR Administration

  • Manage HRMS data, leave tracking, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure smooth HR operations across all employee touchpoints.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in HR or related field (MBA / PGDM preferred)
  • 3-5 years in a similar HR role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong communication & organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools (e.g., Zoho People)
  • Familiarity with payroll basics and HR compliance
