Job Summary :
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Coordinator to support the HR Manager in the smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate is a strong multitasker with excellent administrative and communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities : Recruitment & Onboarding
- Post job openings, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews.
- Manage pre-joining communication and document collection.
- Conduct background checks and facilitate induction sessions.
Employee Lifecycle
Support probation, confirmation, and offboarding processes.Conduct exit interviews and coordinate final settlements.Employee Engagement & Relations
Address employee queries and assist with engagement programs.Support surveys, conflict resolution, and policy clarifications.Payroll & Performance
Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits, and performance review cycles.Maintain accurate HR and performance records.Training & Compliance
Organize internal / external training and maintain participation records.Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and legally compliant.HR Administration
Manage HRMS data, leave tracking, and HR documentation.Ensure smooth HR operations across all employee touchpoints.Requirements
Bachelor’s in HR or related field (MBA / PGDM preferred)3-5 years in a similar HR roleStrong verbal and written communication skills.Strong communication & organizational skillsProficient in MS Office and HRMS tools (e.g., Zoho People)Familiarity with payroll basics and HR compliance
