We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Freelance Graphic Designer to help us visually communicate our brand and offerings through high-quality posters, flyers, and brochures .

Responsibilities

Design engaging and on-brand marketing materials including :

UI / UX Design, Social Media Creatives, PPTs

Promotional posters for events, webinars, and campaigns

Informative and visually appealing flyers for parent outreach and community programs

Professionally designed brochures for partners, schools, and parent presentations

Understand the Mentor Match brand voice and apply it consistently across all visuals

Work closely with the marketing and partnerships team to develop creatives that align with campaign objectives

Deliver print-ready and digital-friendly designs in appropriate formats

Revise designs based on feedback in a timely manner

Requirements

Proven experience in creating marketing collateral (please include a portfolio or samples)

Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or similar

Strong visual storytelling and layout skills

Attention to detail and a good sense of color, typography, and branding

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Familiarity with the education or edtech sector (preferred but not mandatory)
