Qualification & Experience
Education :
MBA / PGDM from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Business School
Experience :
3–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing activation, or related FMCG roles
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of
ATL media planning and execution
Proven
project management
and cross-functional coordination abilities
Experience in
highly penetrated FMCG categories
(e.g., soaps, oils, talc)
Experience handling
marketing budgets of ₹15 Cr+
with a focus on ROI-driven decision-making
Strong
business acumen
with the ability to link marketing initiatives to business outcomes
Exposure to
Nielsen
and
IMRB
data analysis preferred
Sales background
is an added advantage
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities
Drive
brand activation and growth
for multiple categories under the
Medimix
brand portfolio
Deliver topline and bottom-line targets
in alignment with Annual Business Plan (ABP) objectives
Design and execute
ATL strategies
in collaboration with media partners and creative agencies
Analyze
Household Panel (HHP)
and
Retail Measurement Services (RMS)
data to identify growth opportunities and category gaps
Develop and implement
robust SKU strategies
to achieve business objectives
Manage
marketing budgets
efficiently, ensuring optimal ROI on media and activation spends
Conduct
regular market visits
to assess category health, consumer behavior, and new growth avenues
Lead
on-ground brand activations and consumer engagement programs
to strengthen brand visibility and preference
