Role Overview

The Experience Intelligence Analyst is responsible for conducting in-depth, ethical, open-source intelligence (OSINT) and behavioural research to support ExQuisite’s member profiling, experience design, and vendor evaluation.

This role combines investigative precision with emotional sensitivity — decoding both visible and invisible layers of a person’s life to enable ExQuisite to design experiences that feel personally crafted, intuitive, and effortless.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed open-source intelligence research (digital, social, and public domain) to understand member personas, preferences, and patterns.
• Build psychographic and lifestyle intelligence profiles that combine factual data with emotional insights.
• Validate and background-check vendors, partners, and affiliates to ensure brand alignment, reliability, and integrity.
• Maintain and continuously update Member Dossiers — living documents reflecting evolving preferences and behaviours.
• Collaborate with Lifestyle Managers and Curators to translate intelligence into experience design insights .
• Monitor emerging trends, elite lifestyle shifts, and niche consumer patterns that can inspire ExQuisite’s offerings.
• Ensure data confidentiality, ethical compliance, and discretion in all intelligence-gathering activities.
• Use advanced research tools and techniques for digital footprint mapping, social sentiment analysis, and source validation.
• Contribute to development of ExQuisite’s proprietary “Human Experience Intelligence” database.
