Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Telecalling Executive with a strong background in the solar industry . The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of relevant experience , and must be fluent in Tamil, Hindi, and English . Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage. The role involves lead generation, client follow-ups, and converting potential leads into business opportunities through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain solar products and services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with leads regularly.
- Educate customers about solar solutions, benefits, and pricing models.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with customer details and communication logs.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical team for appointments and site visits.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead conversion targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent client service.
- Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to the sales and marketing team.
Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of telecalling or telesales experience in the solar energy sector is mandatory.Excellent communication skills in Tamil, Hindi, and English .Knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Proficient in using MS Office and CRM software tools.Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented.Skills Required
