With a strong digital presence and retail stores, we are expanding across marketplaces and e-commerce platforms. We are seeking a passionate E-Commerce Manager to join our team in Jaipur and help scale our online growth across various platforms.
Role Overview
As an E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for managing marketplace operations, onboarding new platforms, running paid advertising campaigns, and ensuring seamless e-commerce execution. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and has hands-on experience with fashion / lifestyle marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Onboarding & Management
- Onboard The Jaipur Studio on fashion marketplaces like Myntra, Ajio, Amazon Fashion, Nykaa Fashion, Flipkart, etc.
- Manage end-to-end product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, size charts, attributes).
- Plan and execute the promotions, visibility, and campaigns for marketplaces.
- Monitor orders, returns, refunds and ensure compliance with marketplace standards.
Ads & Promotions
Plan and execute sponsored ad campaigns on Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, Flipkart and other platforms.Track campaign performance (ROAS, ACOS, CTR, conversion rate) and optimize ad spends.Work with creative team to develop high-performing creatives and product content.Reporting & Analytics
Prepare weekly / monthly sales & ads performance reports.Share insights on sales trends, customer preferences, and marketplace growth opportunities.Lead and execute the company’s online sales strategy across all e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.Requirements & Skills
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing and marketplace operationsStrong knowledge of Myntra / Ajio / Amazon / Flipkart Seller Central or Ads platforms.Proficiency in Google Sheets for reports & analysis.Hands-on experience in running paid ads on marketplaces.Strong communication and coordination skills.Detail-oriented and results-driven mindset.Expert in listing on the marketplaces.Awareness of current trends in e-commerce, new marketplace launches, and innovations in online selling.
