Job Summary : We are seeking an Engineering Operations Manager to lead and optimize the day-to-day operations of our engineering teams. This role will be critical in driving process efficiency, aligning cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring that engineering projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate has a strong background in engineering or technical project management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership : Develop and implement operational processes that support engineering productivity, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Program & Project Management : Oversee timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation across engineering initiatives; monitor risks and dependencies to ensure smooth execution.
• Performance & Metrics : Define and track KPIs, OKRs, and other performance metrics to measure and improve engineering efficiency and delivery.
• Budget & Vendor Management : Assist in budget planning, forecast spend, and manage relationships with external vendors and contractors.
• Tools & Infrastructure : Evaluate and implement tools, workflows, and automation to streamline engineering operations and reporting.
• Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the liaison between engineering and other departments (Product, Finance, HR, etc.) to align goals, priorities, and timelines.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify pain points and implement best practices in engineering processes, agile ceremonies, and release planning.
