Job descriptionSupport in reviewing technical specifications, project budgets, activity timelines, milestone-based cash flows, BoQs and implementation designs. Support in evaluating incoming proposals for technical soundness and feasibility. Support in assessing institutions for technical capability, on-ground presence, past performance and alignment with foundation’s objectives for potential collaboration in specific areas. Develop and maintain data and dashboards to monitor projects. Ensure standardized collection of impact data Coordination with regional teams and implementing partners to track data. Liaise with internal operations teams to track on-ground implementation progress. Liaise with procurement team to understand price discovery mechanism and specifications given by various vendors for the various themes Assist in Monitoring project milestones through data dashboards and presentations. Manage program-related meetings by coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders including preparation of MOMs with actionable. Support development of frameworks and monitoring indicators across program themes. Build a repository of technical details, implementation guides, case studies, and best practices based on field experiences and lessons learned. Engage with sector stakeholders (institutions, domain experts) for knowledge exchange, technical inputs and potential collaborations. Good understanding and application of MS PowerPoint and Excel Postgraduate degree in Rural Development, Agriculture, or related disciplines Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
Program Design and Research :
