Job descriptionAdvise senior management and the board on legal risks associated with ongoing and potential disputes Provide actionable insights to mitigate risks and protect the company's legal position Formulate and drive comprehensive legal strategies aligned with the company's business objectives Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsels to ensure coherent litigation approaches Oversee external counsels, ensuring efficient case handling, timely updates, and cost-effective management Evaluate legal counsel performance and recommend appropriate legal service providers Ensure strict compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements throughout litigation processes Protect the company's interests by enforcing legal rights and minimizing liabilities Liaise with regulators, courts, and other authorities as required during dispute resolution Communicate legal updates and implications clearly to internal stakeholders Lead and mentor the litigation legal team, fostering professional development and high standards of legal practice Drive collaboration across departments for effective case management and resolution
