Job Title : Package Consultant – SAP FIN FI

Location : Any IBM Location (Bangalore Preferred)

Total Years of Experience : 12 to 15 Years

Relevant SAP FI Experience : 12 to 15 Years

Interview : Face-to-Face (at IBM location upon request)

Joining : Day 1 reporting post onboarding

Project Overview :

This role is for a high-impact Accounts Payable Automation Project for Bio-Rad, focusing on integrating AI-based or SAP-native automation solutions into the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process. The project involves implementing advanced invoice management, 3-way / 2-way matching, and workflow optimization to enhance AP operations globally.

Mandatory Skills :

  • SAP FI – Accounts Payable (AP) : Strong end-to-end functional knowledge
  • Expertise in :
  • Vendor invoicing for PO and Non-PO
  • Workflow processes for PR, PO, and Invoices
  • Vendor payment processes
  • Employee vendor travel and expense processing
  • DMEE payment process
  • POBO payment process
  • Deep understanding of system integrations with SAP FI

Nice-to-Have Skills :

  • Experience in Global Taxation : EMEA, NA, India
  • Exposure to SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management)
  • Familiarity with BHIM (Bharat Interface for Money)
  • Knowledge of local invoice requirements in European countries
  • AP-related tools and technologies

    • Responsibilities :

  • Act as lead functional consultant for AP automation and vendor invoice management
  • Analyze current P2P and AP processes , identify automation opportunities
  • Support implementation of AI solutions for invoice processing and workflow management
  • Work closely with stakeholders across EMEA and other regions to align local compliance and tax requirements
  • Ensure effective 3-way / 2-way matching , vendor communication, and process alignment
  • Provide thought leadership and best practices for AP automation and integration
  • Be a key contact for cross-functional teams during design, development, testing, and go-live

    • Candidate Profile :

  • A go-getter , capable of managing complex deliverables in high-pressure timelines
  • Minimum of 4–5 full-cycle SAP implementation projects (preferably with global scope)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Available to attend on-site interviews and ready for Day 1 onsite reporting
