Position Overview :

Alpha Compliance Solutions is on the hunt for a high-performing and results-driven Telesales Specialist (Junior) to spearhead revenue growth by fostering meaningful relationships with business clients and delivering tailored compliance solutions. This is a remote role with a competitive base salary and an uncapped commission structure , designed for motivated professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

In this role, you will engage with prospective clients, identify their regulatory needs, and offer customised solutions from our suite of compliance services—including managed services , advisory , remediation , and call centre solutions .

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Generation

  • Identify and generate leads through , email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
  • Conduct market research and strategic outreach to connect with potential clients.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to drive consistent business growth.

Client Outreach and Engagement

  • Initiate contact with prospects through cold calls, emails, and direct messages.
  • Build rapport with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and compliance challenges.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals showcasing Alpha Compliance Solutions' value.

    • Follow-ups and Deal Closure

  • Consistently follow up with leads, addressing inquiries and guiding them through the sales process.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    • Data Management and Reporting

  • Maintain up-to-date records of leads, client interactions, and sales progress.
  • Report on lead generation, client engagement, and deal closure performance.
