Product Specialist (Forward Deployed)

At SentiSum, we’re building the AI-native Voice Of Customer platform, helping top consumer brands understand why customers churn and what to do about it. We turn noisy support tickets, reviews, chats, and surveys into clear retention signals.

We’re looking for a  Product Specialist  to sit at the intersection of product, customers, and AI. Your job is to make sure customers not only onboard successfully, but also  adopt and get real value  from our platform. You’ll configure our AI, insight reports, and craft prompts that unlock insights.

What you’ll do

• Lead customer onboarding : configure datasets, platform, and workflows for fast time-to-value
• Drive adoption : ensure customers use the product deeply and see measurable impact
• Become an expert in  AI prompt engineering, designing and refining prompts to deliver accurate, actionable insights
• Partner with Customer Success and Product to translate customer needs into product improvements
• Champion simplicity : make advanced AI features intuitive and useful for non-technical users

What we’re looking for

Salary : 15 - 25 lac fixed + bonus + ESOPs
