Job description

Location : Pearls Omaxe Tower, Netaji Subhash Place, 7th Floor,701, New Delhi, 110034 nearest metro station is Netaji Subhash Place (https : / / maps.app.goo.gl / iuKLVJHyQJGERbpZ6).

Qualification : Candidates with work experience of 0-2 years in sales and business development in the digital marketing industry are considered, along with freshers, preferably holding a bachelor's degree or a relevant field.

Timings : 10 AM- 6 PM (Monday-Saturday).

CTC Paid : (INR 16677 - INR 25000).

Work mode : Work from the office only.

Joining : Immediate.

We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven business development executive to join our team. In this critical role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the entire sales pipeline, and closing deals for our digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead generation & prospecting : Proactively seek new business opportunities by leveraging networking, generating leads, cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and following up on inbound leads.
  • Sales pipeline management : Qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and manage the sales process from initial contact to contract signing using our CRM system ([e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Consultative selling : Conduct needs assessments and present customized digital marketing solutions that directly address client pain points and business goals.
  • Proposal & presentation development : Create compelling sales proposals and deliver persuasive presentations to C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Negotiation & closing : Negotiate terms, handle objections, and successfully close new business deals.
