Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Incharge located in Mumbai. The Store Incharge will oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of customer service. Responsibilities include handling retail loss prevention measures, coordinating with team members, and communicating effectively with customers and staff to provide a seamless shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Store Management
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention measures
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is a plus
