Job Description

A global leader in lifestyle and performance footwear and apparel is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) e-commerce business in India. This strategic role will drive revenue, profitability, and customer experience across the brand’s digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the P&L for the brand’s D2C platform and drive topline growth
• Design and implement omni-channel solutions (store pickups, quick commerce, returns, inventory visibility)
• Lead performance marketing, CRM, SEO / SEM, influencer campaigns, and traffic acquisition
• Enhance customer experience across shopping, checkout, fulfilment, and post-purchase engagement
• Drive personalization, loyalty programs, and repeat purchase strategies
• Leverage analytics for merchandising, pricing, and promotional optimization
• Introduce innovative tools, partnerships, and technologies
• Build and lead cross-functional teams across operations, tech, marketing, and customer service
• Collaborate with product, retail ops, supply chain, finance, and technology teams
