Senior Data Developer

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Guidewire Data Developer with extensive experience in working with the Guidewire platform, particularly in data management and integration. This role is ideal for someone with 7+ years of hands-on experience in Guidewire development, with a strong focus on data architecture, data migration, and data integration. The candidate must have experience in client-facing roles or working in accelerator environments, where they can drive solutions and ensure the success of data-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize data structures and processes within the Guidewire platform to support data integration, data migration, and reporting.
• Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and technical teams to gather and analyze data requirements, translating business needs into technical data solutions.
• Implement and maintain data interfaces between Guidewire modules (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter) and third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency.
• Configure and customize data-driven components within Guidewire, including reporting, data extraction, and transformation processes.
• Perform data migrations from legacy systems to Guidewire, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and completeness throughout the process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Guidewire's data architecture aligns with organizational goals and integrates with enterprise-wide systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related issues, ensuring data quality, performance, and scalability across systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices for data-related development.
• Engage with clients directly in a client-facing capacity, ensuring that data solutions align with business needs and expectations.
• Maintain and enhance data models, data flows, and reporting systems to meet evolving business requirements.
• Stay current with the latest trends in data management and Guidewire platform updates to ensure that solutions leverage the best practices and latest features.
