Job Description
We’re looking for a Tech Recruiter who will play a key role in scaling our engineering and product teams. You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and assessing top tech talent to building a strong employer brand that attracts the best in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team dynamics.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across engineering, product, data, and design roles.
Manage end-to-end recruitment : sourcing → assessment → interviews → offer closure
Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other platforms.
Maintain and manage the ATS to ensure smooth tracking and reporting.
Build a strong candidate pipeline through proactive outreach and networking.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
Work with leadership on employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in tech recruitment, preferably in startups or fast-scaling tech environments.
Strong understanding of technical roles — full-stack, backend, frontend, DevOps, product management, etc.
Proven ability to source and close niche tech talent in a competitive market.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for technology, people, and building high-performing teams.
Nice-to-Have
Experience hiring for product based B2C companies.
Exposure to recruitment analytics and employer branding campaigns.
Network within India’s tech ecosystem (developer communities, events, etc.).
