Total Experience : 10+ Years

Relevant Experience : 7–10 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in end-to-end Oracle ERP implementations . The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of both functional and technical aspects of Oracle ERP modules, with a solid understanding of backend data structures, configuration, and transaction flow. The consultant will act as an ERP SME , supporting design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support end-to-end Oracle ERP implementation projects.
Configure and optimize Oracle ERP modules : AP, AR, Fixed Assets, GL, Procurement, Sales Order Management.
Work on functional and technical aspects, including backend data structures for master and transactional data.
Support source-to-target mapping and ensure data integrity during migrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide ERP solutions.
Provide guidance on best practices, process optimization, and ERP system enhancements.
Act as an ERP SME, supporting internal teams and stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills / Requirements

10+ years of experience in ERP, with 7–10 years relevant in Oracle ERP implementation.

Strong hands-on experience in Oracle ERP modules : AP, AR, Fixed Assets, GL, Procurement, Sales Order Management.

Good understanding of ERP configuration, functionality, and backend processes.

Strong knowledge of source-to-target mapping and data migration.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and provide SME guidance.

Good-to-Have

Experience with other ERP platforms such as JD Edwards or Dynamics AX.

Exposure to ERP reporting and analytics.

Familiarity with workflow optimization and process automation in Oracle ERP.
