This position will be based at Ahmednagar Factory for Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation (A unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd.) Designation : Assistant Manager - Production Experience : 3 years to 4 years Key Responsibilities : 1. Overall shop floor supervision to maintain Productivity, Quality, Cost, Discipline, Safety. 2. Application of 5S methodology to maintain shop floor area neat and clean. 3. Improve machine OEE by troubleshooting machine issues and minimizing machine downtime via TPM practices. 4. Resolve quality issues and improve DPM level through Kaizen, POKA YOKE, Six Sigma, and TQM practices. 5. Enhance shop floor safety culture by reducing unsafe conditions / acts and increasing safety observations. 6.
