Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a KYC Trainer based in Pune. The KYC Trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs on KYC compliance processes and regulations. The role involves conducting hands-on workshops, assessing participant progress, and staying updated on global regulatory changes. The Trainer will also collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the training curriculum aligns with the latest industry standards and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of KYC compliance, processes, and relevant regulations
• Training and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and communicate with diverse audiences
• Experience in developing instructional materials and delivering structured training programs
• Analytical and research skills to stay updated on new regulatory developments affecting KYC
• Proficiency in creating reports, evaluating learner progress, and utilizing training tools
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Previous experience in a compliance or KYC-related field is required
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field
