Job Summary :

As a Marketing & Sales Executive, you'll drive business growth globally, pitching to Indian and International clients. You'll handle leads, CRM, LinkedIn outreach, social media management and socila media marketing- taking our business to new heights!

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute global sales and marketing strategies to drive growth
• Generate leads, build relationships, and convert opportunities into sales
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, online ads)
• Plan, manage, and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), ensuring consistent branding and engagement
• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to boost visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads
• Manage and maintain the company's website and overall digital presence
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to develop sales and marketing strategies
• Create reports on sales and marketing performance, providing insights for future strategies

Requirements :

1. MBA (Internship / Job)

2. Intern / Fresher

3. Excellent communication and pitching skills

4. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

5. Strong knowledge of CRM, LinkedIn outreach, social media marketing tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, Instagram Analytics)
