Social Media Manager

Location : Kokapet, Hyderabad

Experience Required : 3 years in social media management

CTC : 5-7 LPA

Role Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to manage multiple clients' social media accounts effectively. The ideal candidate will be skilled in planning, strategy, content scheduling, organic growth, and paid boosting. You should excel in client communication and internal collaboration with design and copy teams to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities :

Social Media Strategy & Planning :

Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to client goals.

Create monthly social media calendars and content plans.

Content Management :

Schedule and post engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

Collaborate with internal teams (designers, copywriters) to ensure high-quality content.

Organic Growth :

Enhance organic reach through innovative strategies and audience engagement.

Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to maximize impact.

Paid Boosting :

Manage social media post boosting and paid campaigns for clients.

Optimize campaigns for performance, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

Client Communication :

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and performance insights.

Understand client requirements and incorporate feedback into social media strategies.

Performance Analysis :

Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve results.

Prepare and present monthly performance reports to clients.

Qualifications

Key Requirements :

Proven experience in social media management for multiple clients.

Expertise in social media platforms, content planning tools, and analytics tools.

Strong understanding of organic growth strategies and paid boosting techniques.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with creative teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, and Meta Ads Manager.

Certifications in social media marketing or related fields.
