EPC Project Leader

We are hiring for a Project Manager for Pune location at BiofuelCircle.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Management : Coordinate various projects as per Pilot Program, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Reporting & Documentation : Manage Program MIS, Prepare reports on project progress, sales performance, and market insights.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with internal teams (COE, operations, finance) to align project goals.
• Lead and manage the entire EPC project lifecycle from initiation to handover.
• Develop detailed project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor and control project progress, ensuring alignment with scope, cost, and schedule baselines.
• Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Conduct Progress Review Meetings with Vendor and Management
• Oversee material requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor performance.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment in accordance with project requirements.
• Track project costs and ensure adherence to budget.
• Approve invoices, progress payments, and manage project cash flow.
• Support project close-out, documentation, and final acceptance.
• Oversee multiple Project locations, create MIS for management meetings
• Develop and execute Carbon Project on ground

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Travelling Requirements : 40 % to 50 %
