AM - Accounts Receivable

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the accurate and timely updating of the sales register. Ensure regular reconciliation of sales data with aggregator records to maintain accuracy and completeness.
• Provide timely and accurate inputs to the tax team for the preparation and filing of GSTR-1. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all necessary data is collected and verified.
• Coordinate with the team to accurately record and manage accrual revenue. Ensure all revenue is recognized in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Validate sales incentives to ensure they are calculated accurately and in line with company policies. Work closely with the sales team to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
• Oversee the customer onboarding process to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
• Analyse Sales trends & prepare regular sales reports, including weekly and monthly sales revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales processes and help automate the process to improve efficiency, and enhance data accuracy.
• Manage the refund process to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer refunds. Oversee the dispute resolution process, working closely with customers and internal teams to resolve issues effectively.
